One of my favorite videos from Kelly on vimeo.com. Awesome job... You can watch the HD version here: http://www.vimeo.com/416012
Description from video: I made this partly for a class and partly for fun. It's all footage I've shot in the last month or so. It features Asheville's Christmas parade in the middle. Shot on Canon HV20.
Great video by Eric Anderson on vimeo.com. Made me move away from Starbucks... You can watch the HD version here: http://www.vimeo.com/463081
Video description: It was late, we were out of coffee for the next morning. I can't have that - so, off to the store to get some Peet's coffee. This is a 33 second version of what transpired.
Here is the description from the video: You might not think that a couple feet of warm chain link fence is a big deal. But, to these 2 adult male green anole lizards, it's everything.
Watch as these 2 lizards stare each other down, head bob, and tail flick as the world passes them by. Fortunately for me, I had my HV20 along when I spotted the "action".
Location was Flatwoods park in Tampa, Florida on January 6, 2008. Shot outside on a Canon HV20 with a full zoom (these are only 6" long lizards with tail) - 24p, cine mode. Edited in iMovie05 on a Powerbook G4 and rendered in a matter of hours. Yes, hours!
Description from Vimeo: I decided to try this again with a wide range of clips of different things and different speeds.
It's about pefectly shot between my HDR-HC3 & HV20.I just re-captured some clips I knew had some action.
I put all the clips into a 1280x720 60P timeline, de-interlaced and rendered to an uncompressed AVI which ended up being 6.5 gigs. Then I put the 60p avi into a 1280x720 30P timeline then each one time stretched from .25 to .45 speed and rendered it out.
This was just a quick test and I will need to tweak it to get it perfect. I don't get real time preview in Vegas so I have to set it, then render to see how it is then adjust again.
The most amazing creatures nature has ever created, drifting in our oceans. From the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Looks great on an HDTV. Download the source 720p video file on the right sidebar, rename it as .mp4 and watch it via an AppleTV, PS3 or XBoX360 on your HDTV.
Shot with a Canon HV20 in PF24/Cinemode. Pulldown removed with Cineform NeoHD. Edited with Vegas Pro 8, graded with Magic Bullet. Music and video are licensed separately under the Creative Commons "BY" 3.0 license.
