Kids had lots of fun. Lots of dogs and fun things to do. It was a charity even for rescues and shelters. We donated lots of canned dog food and toys.

Tornadoes and Severe Storms in Atlanta Georgia March 15 2008

Crazy Saturday. We had a tornado touch down last night in downtown Atlanta and now all these tornadoes the next day. And then around 4pm, a 2nd tornado touched down in downtown Atlanta again, while the crews from last night were trying to clean up the mess. Almost hit the same exact area. We live in Acworth which is about 5-7 miles away from Cartersville. So close call.

00:28 Just a bird that landed in the tree while i was outside. Interesting how the birds were singing while the tornado was 5 miles away.
00:36 Cartersville is only 15 minutes away from here
01:08 We live in Acworth which you can see is very close
01:52 2nd Tornado touches down in downtown Atlanta. Last one was the night before. Hit almost the same area.

After seeing Eric's video, and i'm a Starbucks person, i had to see what all the fuss was about.

Eric... thank you... i have to admit, better than Starbucks... as you can see, i got two bags.... ground of course... yummy! My coffee was cold by the time I started drinking, so had to nuke it a little. Came in a cool box as well. That's our African Timnah parrot in the background whistling btw. Love the fact they have the roasted date on it... so not bad for going UPS ground.
